Commission a work

A commission is an invitation to make something specifically for you — for your space, your story, or someone you want to give something meaningful to.

I work in archival ink on paper, occasionally with watercolour and acrylics, in the monochrome language that runs through all of my work. Each commission begins with a conversation — about the space the work will live in, what you're drawn to, and what you'd like the piece to hold. From there I work the way I always do, with your brief as the anchor.

Standard commission sizes start at A3 — smaller works available on request.

A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) — from R18,000
A2 (42 × 59.4 cm) — from R28,000
A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm) — from R45,000

Every commission is a one-of-a-kind original, signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Turnaround is typically 3–6 weeks from briefing, depending on complexity and current workload.

Before you write — three things that help me understand what you're looking for:

What feeling do you want the work to hold — or what is the space it will live in?

Is there a specific work of mine you're drawn to, or a quality in my practice that resonates with you?

Is there anything else you'd like me to know — a size, a timeline, or something about the person this is for?
